All Sports

Basketball
Basketball is offered as part of the College Sports program. The school offers the opportunity to participate in High School rosters as well as the NSATIS roster for the senior students. This competition involves teams from Launceston and Burnie and runs in Term 1. The school often offers the opportunity for teams to compete in local championship events.

Netball
Netball is offered as part of the College Sports program. The school offers the opportunity to participate in High School rosters as well as the NSATIS roster for the senior students. This competition involves teams from Launceston and Burnie and runs in Term 3.

Cricket
Cricket is offered in local High School competitions against local schools if there is a viable competition. Twenty-20 carnivals have been offered in previous years for both males and females. These serve as selection trials for statewide carnivals.

Football
Football is offered in local High School competitions against local schools if there is a viable competition. It is possible that a SATIS team may be created with enough interest. This is a statewide SATIS competition and runs in Term 2.

Soccer
Soccer is offered as part of the College Sports program. The school offers the opportunity to participate in High School (Term 2 and 3) rosters as well as the NSATIS roster for the senior students. This competition involves teams from Launceston and Burnie and is run in Term 3.

Hockey
Hockey is offered as part of the College Sports program. The school offers the opportunity to participate in the NSATIS roster for the senior students and some junior students.This competition involves teams from Launceston and Burnie and is run in Term 3.

Surfing
Students have the opportunity to participate in the All Schools Surfing Competition held near Hobart in Term 1. They serve as a selection process for State teams.

Mountain Biking
Students have the opportunity to participate in the All Schools Mountain Biking Competition held near launceston in Term 2. This is a stand alone competition and is open to those interested in a Cross Country event.

Tennis
Tennis is offered as part of the College Sports program. The school offers the opportunity to participate in the NSATIS roster for the senior students and some junior students. This competition involves teams from Launceston and Burnie and is run in Term 1.

Rowing
In conjunction with local clubs, the College offers the opportunity for students who row the opportunity to represent the school at the Head of the River. This is a SATIS event held at Lake Barrington in Term 1. Students must be competent rowers.
