St Brendan-Shaw College is committed to building connection and understanding in our community and offers a cultural program for students who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander as well as providing whole school inclusive activities. Cultural days and excursions are hosted by the First Nations Support Team in conjunction with Aboriginal Leaders from the local area.
An outdoor 'Yarning Circle' with fire pit was established in 2018. The area is landscaped with a selection of native plants and features several wall murals painted by the students.
