Does your child enjoy solving problems, thinking creatively or taking on an extra challenge?
ICAS is an internationally recognised academic competition that allows students to test their knowledge and thinking skills beyond the classroom. Rather than focusing on memorising facts, ICAS challenges students to apply what they know to unfamiliar problems, encouraging critical thinking, reasoning and curiosity.
Students can choose to participate in one or more subject areas:
Each assessment is completed online and provides students with a detailed report showing how they performed against other students across Australia. Every participant receives a certificate, with outstanding performers eligible for high achievement certificates and ICAS medals.
